Micro Galaxy Squadron Wave 4 is expected to be announced today in Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023.
The 3-day event starts today at April 7 and will run until April 10. It will take place at ExCeL London in the UK.
Based on livestream interviews with Jazwares Sr. Brand Manager Max Lux, Jazwares will show one Series 4 ship every day at 11 am during the course of the event.
Here’s a recap of what we can expect for Wave 4:
- Max has stated there will be an electronic lights and sounds ship, similar to the Wave 1 Millennium Falcon.
- This vehicle will commemorate the Return of the Jedi’s 40th anniversary, and “will be action-packed unlike all previous toy versions of it.”
- A repaint of the Snowspeeder is likely, and may even be packaged with “something to fight against”.
- There will be a new speeder bike related to ROTJ.
- The blind boxes may see a lower price tag. We are already seeing this with Wave 3 scout classes being bundled with Anakin’s interceptor for $20. However, they might no longer come with flight stands (except for chases).

Finally, Wave 5 is also set to be announced during the event. The next wave will be showcased during Jazware’s panel, entitled “Star Wars: Galaxy Sized Collecting in A Micro World”, set for April 10 at 2 pm GMT (10 am ET).
