Custom Model: Imperial Light Troop Transport

light troop transport

Ze German halftrack has become synonymous with bad guys. So why not give our space Nazis their own halftrack?

I took a cheap snapkit model, reversed it, and deleted the tracks 😂

The Imperial Light Troop Transport

Type: Armored personnel carrier (repulsorlift)

Affiliation: Galactic Empire

Manufacturer: Rothana Systems Engineering

Armament: 2 top-mounted blaster cannons

Capacity: 1 driver, 2 gunner, 12 passengers (8 inside and 4 outside)

For pacified backwater worlds that don’t require the Imperial Troop Transport, there is the Light Troop Transport.

Less expensive and easier to maintain, the LTT lacks the ITT’s heavy armor and weaponry. It has a lightly armored open passenger compartment and a rearward driver’s cockpit. Magnetic footstands on the outside allow more troops to be carried for force visibility patrols.

Because of its open roof, its stormtrooper passengers called it the Hovering Hotbox, while rebel snipers called it the Floating Casket.

Earth version vs Imperial version

Great work, I really like the concept of reusing WWII models into new star wars vehicles.
